This past weekend, the HerStyleMedia attended the Let’s Vibe “Vibe Out” networking event, and it was a very refreshing experience to meet some phenomenal women.

Let’s Vibe focuses on connecting young “millennial” women who have business or entrepreneurial goals and creative minds in actualizing their dreams, while lifting one another up in the process.
LV12The brand was established in January 2015 by three ambitious women: Diamond Greer, Annchellie Akuamoah, and Karen Spears. They saw a need for a platform that were for diverse women who had big dreams, but no support system to execute them. Instead of waiting around for someone to do something, they choose to take matters into their own hands.

The event was amazing, and it felt really great to be in an environment full of women with different passions and interests who all share a common goal of networking and working together. The event consisted of lots of mingling, music, great food, and awesome raffle giveaways.

What I loved most about the networking event was how everyone got a chance to network with everyone. The guests were to find people who had the same colored dots on their nametag, which indicated your interests. This allowed everyone to talk with people who share the same passions as you, and there were no limitations to the number of various colors you could have. The second part consisted of everyone having at least one entrepreneur, initiator, and thought leader. This helped the ladies collaborate and receive great advice from one another.

Most importantly, when the event was over, there was no doubt that every young lady left with a new contact or person that they will remember. Let’s Vibe will only be getting bigger & better from here so you don’t miss out on the vibing movement.
